Turkish Airlines Cancel Flights to Several Gulf Destinations
Through a statement on its social media channels, the airline informed passengers: "Dear Passengers, our flights to Bahrain, Dammam, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Muscat scheduled for June 23, 2025 have been canceled."
The carrier urged travelers to stay updated by checking their official website: "We kindly ask you to follow the updates regarding your flights on our website."
This move follows a sharp escalation in regional conflict after Iran launched multiple missile strikes on the US Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar earlier Monday. The attacks came in response to the US targeting of three Iranian nuclear facilities in Iran on Sunday, further intensifying tensions in the area.
